In our Moroccan restaurant, we celebrate the great Moroccan culinary tradition with exceptional care. Our tagines simmer slowly in handcrafted earthenware pots, our pastillas are hand-rolled, and our mechoui is cooked over a wood fire to order... Every dish is prepared with fresh produce from the Ranch and spices subtly blended by our Marrakechi chef.

Our cuisine

At The Ranch, the cuisine reflects the same spirit as the place: authentic, convivial, and close to nature. Our teams prepare homemade dishes daily, inspired by Moroccan and international cuisine.

Charcoal-cooked farm chicken, slow-cooked tagines, wood-fired grills, pastillas, couscous, generous cuts of beef, fresh salads, homemade desserts… Here, we take the time to eat well, to share and to enjoy the moment.

Starters & salads

To whet your appetite, we offer an assortment of Moroccan salads (zaalouk, taktouka, Moroccan salad), cold appetizers such as beetroot hummus or Caesar salad, as well as hot appetizers like briouates, shredded beef croquettes, or birria tacos. Perfect for sharing around the table.

Tajines & moroccan cuisine

Moroccan classics are featured: Fayoumi chicken tagine from the Ranch cooked over charcoal, beef tagine with vegetables or prunes, pastillas (pigeon, chicken, seafood), beef shank tanjia, vegetarian or chicken couscous…

Grill & Steakhouse

For meat lovers, our menu offers grilled kefta, marinated chicken skewers, charcoal grilled chicken, but also a “Steakhouse” section with beef fillet, New York strip steak, ribeye steak, lamb shank or braised lamb shoulder for several people.

Dishes & Pasta

Chicken leg stuffed with mushrooms, risotto flavored with ras-el-hanout and lemon with marinated prawns, tagliatelle with chicken and mushrooms, pasta bolognese… A selection of generous dishes that will appeal to both adults and children.

Kids corner

The little ones also have their place on the menu: burger & fries, nuggets & fries, club sandwich, pasta bolognese… Reliable, simple and reassuring choices, so that the whole family can enjoy the meal without any fuss.
